- You have 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy and/or in an industrial or service company.
- You independently lead projects in complex consulting mandates for national and international clients in the field of customer centricity, marketing & sales.
- You have relevant experience in the management and control of various internal and external interfaces and have already planned and successfully implemented strategic projects on your own responsibility.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English.
- You are characterized by a high degree of service and customer orientation, personal commitment and performance motivation.
- You have experience in the technical management of project teams and employees.
Your Area of Responsibility
As a Project Manager
- You are responsible for the successful project execution and act as the first contact person for customers.
- You are responsible for the implementation of workshops including moderation.
- You will independently acquire new projects by preparing appropriate proposal documents and presentations.
- You publish and develop new methods and tools.
